TUM RAKSHAK, KAHU KO DARNA : “An Heirloom Tribute to Lord Hanuman from Kahani”

Across centuries, Lord Hanuman has remained one of the most revered embodiments of strength, devotion, courage, and unwavering faith. His Gadha, carried with quiet authority and divine grace, has long stood as a powerful symbol of protection, resilience, and spiritual force  –  a reminder that true power is always anchored in humility.

In an extraordinary new limited-edition creation, Kahani by Housethome reimagines this sacred emblem as a collectible work of devotional art. Conceived as both an heirloom and a spiritual artefact, this masterfully handcrafted Gadha pays homage to the timeless legacy of Hanuman through exceptional artistry and meticulous narrative detail.

The base of the sculpture is adorned with the complete Hanuman Chalisa, intricately illustrated in the traditional Phad style and rendered in radiant acrylic gold. Every verse, motif, and miniature vignette has been painstakingly created over months by skilled artisans, following the meditative precision and storytelling traditions that define Rajasthan’s celebrated Phad art.

The rounded crown of the Gadha carries select chaupais alongside evocative scenes from Hanuman’s divine journey, illuminated in deep vermilion reds and luminous golds reminiscent of royal atelier craftsmanship. The interplay of narrative, ornamentation, and sacred symbolism transforms the piece into far more than an object of décor — it becomes a spiritual keepsake layered with meaning, devotion, and artistic legacy.

Recited daily by millions across generations, the Hanuman Chalisa continues to hold an unparalleled place in Hindu spiritual tradition. Its verses are believed to inspire courage, offer protection, and bring solace through every phase of life. Through this rare and exclusive creation, Kahani seeks to honour not only the divinity of Hanuman, but also the enduring emotional connection devotees continue to share with his timeless presence.

With only 9 pieces being created, this is more than a collectible; it is a sacred keepsake, a tribute to faith & a rare convergence of devotion & craftsmanship.  A piece for the home, for the devotee, for the collector – and for anyone who draws reassurance from the timeless words: Tum Rakhak – Kahu ko Darna
