When corporate lawyer, Prakash Raja, inherited his parents’ house, the decision to rebuild from the ground up was so that it could adapt to the evolving needs of his multi-generation family. This 10,680 sqft residence proposed with the concept of villa embraces Indian ethos with an interesting mix in a modern setting. The concept follows the principles of Vastu, the ancient Indian science of energy flow and the region’s climatic conditions, where the requirement was to create five bedrooms, living room, a private family room, a kitchen, a dining space, home theatre and gym.

The entrance of this space is beautifully designed by our interior designers using diagonal lines that have also been merged with the safety door pattern too which look harmonised in the design.
