Amol Pawar is an Indian artist who experiments with various media and depicts various forms, colour schemes, and textures. Many of his paintings are a fusion of the abstract and figurative and reveal his own rhythm of life. He believes in the power of a directional figure, or mentor, which produces strength, vigour, such as the Sadhu, or even the Bull, powerful, breaking free, confronting.

For Amol, the depiction of Shakti displays the eternal power of love between man and woman. This display of power is highlighted by his contrasting use of dark and light colours which adds dimension and depth to the works.
