The name ‘?????’ comes from the egg shaped pillars that stretch across the front deck.

The farmhouse has been weaved around an existing tree and designed around a visually connected courtyard from all spaces without losing the linearity of the space. Introducing a central connecting linear corridor along the court satisfied the client brief of having a linear house and a courtyard house at the same time

Perched on a 13-storey building complex in Ghatkopar, Mumbai, this penthouse has interiors that are a bit different from what one usually sees in Mumbai’s luxury high-rise apartments. Nishita Kamdar, principal architect of Studio Nishita Kamdar, decided against the use of stone, chandeliers and imported Italian marble finishes.
